SOLD Log Cabin, Completely Furnished, Alderson WV
This awesome custom built log home offering three bedrooms and two baths on two lots near the Greenbrier River has sold. The sold price was $165,000 and was a for sale by owner. The buyer saw the property online and called me to show the property. After talking with the owners and showing the property to my buyer, we wrote an offer. After inspections, the appraisal, loan processing we closed today.
The house was completely remodeled in 2012. A handicap accessible chair lift was installed going to Master suite and loft area. The price included all appliances and furniture. SOLD Building Lot, Stonehenge Subd, Lewisburg WV
This property was a For Sale By Owner and my buyer and I just happened upon it when looking for lots in the Stonehenge Subdivision. Once I called the owner of the property to find out the sale price and did some research on the land, we started the negotiations. The seller agreed to a price but no commission to be paid. The buyer said fine that she would pay my commission. This was a cash deal! Both buyer and seller were happy. List price was $26,000 and sold for $17,500
This 5.58-acre lot was exactly what my buyer was looking for…. privacy, wooded lot, and close to town. About two miles to town. Another attribute was some land had been cleared as the previous owner was in the process of building on the land. The buyer is from Massachusetts and will be building a log cabin on the property.
