The buyer saw the property online and called me to show the property. After talking with the owners and showing the property to my buyer, we wrote an offer. After inspections, the appraisal, loan processing we closed today.

The buyer was moving from Texas to West Virginia and wasn’t available to travel here to see properties. I made videos of three properties and sent them to the buyer.
