Located in the Lewisburg area. this property consisting of 24.453 acres sold for $128,000. The property has city water, natural gas, power, sewage perks, and amazing vistas, plus privacy.

My buyers are from Texas and will start building in a year or so. They will be clearing the land this year and leveling some areas where their new home will be located. They were so excited to find this property as it was exactly what they were looking for. The views are unbelievable as they have most of the acreage on top.

Below is a review from the buyers:

“Rebecca Gaujot provided outstanding customer service as our agent. We currently live in the Houston TX area, but dreamed of owning our own little piece of Lewisburg to build our retirement home. We thought we knew the exact piece of property we were going to buy, but could not fly up for several months to look at it. When we finally did get there for a 3-day trip, Rebecca showed us the property, but we realized very quickly that it was not right for us.

With 2 days left, Rebecca continued to show us other sites, at a moment’s notice, with such a positive attitude! On the final day of our trip, she showed us the property where we will build our forever home!! On top of Stonehenge, Highlander Trail ( with the most beautiful views!) The closing process was a breeze, and we didn’t have to leave TX to complete it!  We can’t thank Rebecca enough for her patience and careful attention to our needs.
You will never go wrong choosing Rebecca as your agent. Sincerely,  Walt and Kristina (Soon to be your new WV neighbors!)”

Another Lewisburg WV Home Sold

This Ranch home with a full finished basement is located at 411 Lightner Avenue, Lewisburg WV — the perfect home for my Oregon buyers. They have moved in and already doing some renovations to the home. First thing was to fence in the back yard for their two dogs, and have a dog house built for them.

The buyers are repeat customers and are from Oregon. They purchased a home last year for a rental and maybe buying another property later. I asked my buyers what made them chose Lewisburg as a retirement location. Their response was, “we were driving through areas of West Virginia and came through Lewisburg and said they loved the quaintness, the town park, flowers all around town, and it just felt right.” So they had decided a year and a half ago that Lewisburg would be their retirement home. They were ready to sell their ranch in Oregon and make the move!

Here is a review from my buyers:

“This is the second property we have purchased in the last year working with Rebecca Gaujot.  She has been an excellent
representative for us and has been extremely helpful in finding the “right” place for us.  We don’t think there is a more professional realtor in Greenbrier County and highly recommend her.”

The house on Lightner Avenue was in great condition and is located in a private area at the end of the street. Yet, walking distance to wonderful Downtown Lewisburg.

This four bedroom/2.5 bath home has 3,216 square feet of living space, and a new roof, windows and doors, extra insulation added. For those cold wintry evenings, there is a wood-burning fireplace in the living room.

The finished basement includes a huge family room with a wet bar and wood stove; new flooring. room for a Media Room with Speakers in place. Flex Space would be great for a home gym or storage. There is also a second laundry set up in the basement, and a large full bath.

From the kitchen, there is a large screened-in porch perfect for watching the dogs play. This property is the perfect combination of charm, location, and condition–a perfect retirement home for my buyers from Oregon.
