What is new to the market in Greenbrier Pines in Lewisburg, WV?

There are still four homes listed for sale in Greenbrier Pines, Lewisburg, WV.  One house sold in December 2016.

The list price for the four active listings range from $$269,900 to $539,900.  The square footage ranges from 2,015 to 3,875. The homes are located on under 1/2 an acre to one acre. The average Days on the Market is 129 days. There is one pending sale at this time.

Currently, there are seven building lots for sale in Greenbrier Pines.  Price ranging from $55,000 to $82,000 and acreage ranging from 0.50 acres to 1.79 acres. There haven’t been any lots sold this year.
