For the month of April, five listings have sold.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">49 active listings are on or near a golf course<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As noted by the chart below, April sold listings were higher in 2017;
