Since we didn&#8217;t get a yes, I started looking for a townhome with a bedroom on the first floor. There was one 3BR\/3BA townhome for sale by owner with a bedroom and full bath on the first level. Upstairs are two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Granite counter-tops in the kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Two assigned parking spaces in the front with available parking for guests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We closed on this property. Phase I and II townhomes in Blackbird Village are very similar in nature with only two models. Model 1 consists of three bedrooms and three full bathrooms, with a bedroom and bath on the first level with 1600 sq.ft. of living space. The second model has two bedrooms and 2.5 baths with 1200 sq.ft. of living space.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kitchens in both models have granite countertops and stainless steel appliances and ceramic tile floors in bathrooms. Two parking spaces are provided in front of each home. Pets are allowed in this community.
