1. Age of the wiring in the house Original late 1930s or early 1940s except for some upgrades in the kitchen, dining room, and basement. The basement was installed in 1950 and was upgraded from the 1950s to the 1980s. The kitchen and dining room were upgraded in the 1990s. The main electrical box was upgraded more than once from fuses to breakers and to newer breakers from 1960s to 1980s.
2. Any plumbing update from the original - The original plumbing was installed in 1950. The plumbing for the washer in the basement was upgraded in the 1960s and again the 1980s. The plumbing for the washer in the kitchen was installed in the year 2000. The washer in kitchen was purchased in 2006 or 2007 by the current owner. The water pump in the basement is approximately 20 years old. The water heater is approximately 15 years old.
3. Any information on the septic The original tank and field were installed in 1950. The septic tank has been periodically pumped out and my parents used Ridix on a regular basis during the life of the tank and field. The tank and field are located in an approximate triangle behind the garage to the southeast.

g. Quality early twentieth century sturdy built to last construction of the home.
h. Evergreen tree wind break on southwest side of home/driveway and numerous other trees and shrubbery to complete the landscaping.
i. Large yard/lot for entertaining and recreation in the more temperate months of the year.
j. Easy access to Brownstown Road/ US 219/I-64/vacation/historical spots in West Virginia, Virginia, Ohio, Kentucky, Maryland, and the District of Columbia.
