1. New interior chinking.
2. Great room fireplace: excellent. Rebuilt by Ashby Deitz, Ash Chimney Sweep, ~2011, excellent draw for fire, included complete rebuild and new liner, cost- ~ $8,000.00. Antique fireplace grate from the Winkler Home, located in the Harts Run Loop area.
3. New furnace 2016 or 2017. House has central heat, but not central air.
4. Some new windows.
5. Kitchen Remodel- New kitchen stove ~ 1 year old, new farm sink, new faucets, new high quality garage disposal, new countertops and butcher block dual bar. New windows.
6. Bathroom remodeled with stacked stone, new tub, vanity, and new plumbing
7. Master bath, new shower, toilet, and sink
8. Basement: Finished peach crate and shiplap. Prior to finish, interior basement walls were painted with seal block, and insulation installed.
9. New light fixures: dining room, kitchen, laundry room

5. Cellar outbuilding is wired for lights and previously had electric. Wire was mistakenly cut.
