Here are some highlights of the property. Not sure if any of this is helpful, but just in case!! Beautiful views for miles on multiple sides of the property. Well, septic, electricity. Mixture of forest & cleared land. Several relatively flat areas in the forest that could be cleared. Lots of old trails in the forest that we started to clean up. The property was maintained with a complete mow 2x / year. The rest of the time I mowed walking/driving paths surrounded by tall wildflowers on either side of the path. Lots of milkweed and native plants to support an abundance of butterflies. Lots of lightening bugs in the summer & pollinators throughout the spring and summer. Young fruit trees (apple, pear, peach), grapes, blackberries (planted + wild), blueberries. Lots of wildlife - birds, deer, wild turkeys, turtles. Many types of trees including maple, walnut, chestnut. Rhododendrons groves in the woods. There's an old spring coming out of the mountainside that's mostly just a drizzle now, but could probably be cleaned up to flow again. Amazing views of the night sky. Starlink internet works really well here because of the clear, unobstructed views of the sky.
