Waterfront Property, 2BR Log Cabin on 3.6 Acres fronts the Greenbrier River

Greenbrier River front property just inside the Shaw-Mi-Del-Eca Village gate. A 2-bedroom/1bath log cabin built in 1938 consisting of 962 square feet of living space  on 3.6 acres. The property is not part of the Village and there is no home owners fee. The log cabin is in the process of renovations. A great get-a-way property, relax and enjoy all the Greenbrier River has to offer.

This property is located a few miles east of the quaint, historic town of Lewisburg and just west of White Sulphur Springs, home of the world famous Greenbrier Resort.

The Greenbrier River is 173 miles long and is the last free flowing river east of the Mississippi. It is an excellent river to float or canoe and is well known for its large and small mouth bass fishing. The previous prospective buyers actually brought their canoes and fishing gear and caught 22 fish in one day.
A little piece of heaven on the Greenbrier River.  Get out of the city, relax and enjoy what all the Greenbrier River has to offer….a peaceful place where one can enjoy the beauty that nature has to offer and the quaint historic towns nearby.

We were just in the area last week and loved the log cabin with property on the river. Do you have additional pictures of the cabin and property. What size is the riverfront footage?
