To date, the market in Greenbrier County for land/lots shows

• 234 Active Listings, Price ranges from $6,500 to $1,790,000 for under 1 acre to 501 acres.
• 24 lots/land sold in the Greenbrier County since the beginning of the year. For the month of April, five listings have sold.
• 49 active listings are on or near a golf course

As noted by the chart below, April sold listings were higher in 2017; 2016 shows an increase in pending listings; there is a decrease in the active listings for 2017; and there were more new listings on the market in 2016 compared to 2017.
