SOLD Building Lot, Stonehenge Subd, Lewisburg WV

This property was a For Sale By Owner and my buyer and I just happened upon it when looking for lots in the Stonehenge Subdivision.  Once I called the owner of the property to find out the sale price and did some research on the land, we started the negotiations.  The seller agreed to a price but no commission to be paid.
