There are 265 active listings in the local MLS for Snowshoe that includes condos, townhouses and single family houses.  There are 25 pending sales. Since the beginning of 2017, 60 listings have been sold to date. During the same period for 2016, 54 listings sold.

As of today, September 24, 2017, there are 15 pending sales. A total of 42 condos sold/closed:

• 43 studios – price range from $28,000 to $129,000; sq ft range from 325 to 499.

• 61 one bedrooms – price range from $35,000 to $189,000; sq ft range from 336 to 793.

• 63- two bedrooms – price range from $59,900 to $349,900; sq ft range from 676 to 1,403.

• 21- three bedrooms – price range from $98,500 to $374,000; sq ft from 905 to 1,704
