If you’re looking for a higher quality of life away from the hustle and bustle of city life, country living is a healthier choice.
The cleaner air, the peace and quiet, the open sky and gentle moonlight, the slower pace of life (less stress), being close to nature, and easier access to organic food — these all add up to a different kind of living away from the crowded city life.
Country living is also more affordable since less populated areas have a lesser cost of living, so you get to have more for your money. It’s an incentive for a more chance to improve your financial situation.
Thinking about how you could get along with the neighborhood? When you live in the country, you get to live in a friendlier community. You’ll likely make friends in just a few weeks. Everyone will be eager to meet you and help you in any way they can. You’ll also get to be involved in local events and communal activities that are worth the time and experience.
AHHH, the West Virginia hills, are they calling you….
If you decide to move to the country….that is, Lewisburg WV in Greenbrier County, I can help you find the best home for the best price. Call me, Rebecca Gaujot @ 304-520-2133.

My young buyer was very excited about this property as it is located within sight and walking distance to the National Forest as well as a stocked fishing creek and just a few miles to Blue Bend Recreation Area and Greenbrier River Trail. He closed on this property just in time to have Christmas in his new home.
A very nice home which has been well taken care of on 1.57 acres and boasts of a beautiful addition. The addition offers a lovely family room with vaulted ceiling, a fireplace and beautiful wood throughout.
It also has a bedroom and bath, the original main structure offers a well sized laundry/ mud room, open kitchen, dining, living room and two more bedrooms. Hardwood floors in the main rooms, carpet in two of the bedrooms. Nice, cozy interior and a long covered back porch which overlooks mountains and fields. Buyer plans to make a few changes to the property and glad to be in his new home before Christmas.

Within five days we had an offer on this wonderful property. A 2 bedroom, 2 bath single-wide manufactured home was move-in ready with all furnishings conveying. The buyers will be using this property as a week-end retreat. The property is only minutes from the National Forest that has public hunting, a stocked trout stream across Rt 92, and minutes from Sherwood Lake.
Since neither party could attend closing, all documents were FedEX’ed to them. I meet the new owners at the property and handed them their keys as I took my signs and lockbox. They have already met their neighbors who also have their primary residence in the same area as the buyers. The sellers and buyers were both easy to work with and was a very smooth transaction,
There are 2 carports, a detached garage, and covered porches all on 1.24 acres. A new roof was added May 2018 with a 50-year warranty. A great starter home, a week-end retreat or hunting property. Sit on the front porch morning or evening and view the mountain vistas. This was an estate sale with all contents conveying and sold as is.
